    1 c.Hy-Vee butterscotch chips
    ½ c.Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter
    2 c.chow mein noodles
    1 ½ c.Hy-Vee fun miniature marshmallows

    Directions

    1. Combine butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat on HIGH for 45 seconds. Stir.
    2. Heat an additional 30 to 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds until mixture is smooth and creamy.
    3. Stir in chow mein noodles and marshmallows.
    4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
    5. Chill in refrigerator.
