Butterscotch Bubble Bread

2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed | ||
1 packet(s) cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix | ||
1 c. brown sugar | ||
½ c. milk, at room temperature | ||
½ c. butter, melted | ||
1 tsp. cinnamon | ||
1 tsp. vanilla |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut thawed bread dough into small cubes and place in a greased 13-by-9-inch baking pan.
- Whisk together pudding mix, brown sugar, milk, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour over bread. Let rise until nearly doubled in size.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
