    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 shallots, chopped
    1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed
    1 white onion, diced
    2 c. Hy-Vee chicken broth
    1 (16 oz) loaf Hy-Vee Bakery baguette, cubed and dried
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh sage
    1 tsp. kosher salt
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    ½ tsp. crushed red pepper

      Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
      2. In a large ovenproof skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add celery, shallots, squash and onion; sauté for 3 minutes. Add broth and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in bread, sage, salt, black pepper and red pepper.
      3. Bake for 15 minutes in skillet or in a casserole dish.
