|4 center cut pork loin chops (about 1 lb)|
|1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee healthy recipe cream of mushroom soup|
|1 14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee no-salt-added cut green beans, drained|
|Freshly ground Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste|
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Brown pork chops, about 3 minutes per side.
- Stir together soup and green beans. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Pour over pork chops.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 8 minutes or until pork chops reach 145 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
