- Charcoal or gas grill
- Meat thermometer
Directions
- Lightly grease grill rack. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
- Grill patties for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature of patties are 160 degrees, turning once halfway through.
- To assemble burgers, top bottom buns with spinach leaves, grilled patty, Gouda, mushrooms, red peppers and top bun.
