    Directions

    1. Lightly grease grill rack. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
    2. Grill patties for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature of patties are 160 degrees, turning once halfway through.
    3. To assemble burgers, top bottom buns with spinach leaves, grilled patty, Gouda, mushrooms, red peppers and top bun.
