    1 ½ c. chopped cooked turkey breast
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee Hickory House Big Bad Buffalo tangy buffalo wing sauce
    1 (10-oz.) Hy-Vee Bakery baguette
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
    1 c. halved cherry tomatoes, divided
    1 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    Hy-Vee ranch salad dressing, for garnish
    Chopped fresh chives, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place rack in the middle of the oven.

    2. Place turkey and buffalo sauce in a small bowl; toss until coated.

    3. Cut baguette crosswise in half; cut each piece lengthwise in half. Place pieces, cut sides up, in a large rimmed baking pan. Top with 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup tomatoes and half of the turkey mixture. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup tomatoes and turkey mixture.

    4. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until cheese is melted and just beginning to brown. Drizzle with olive oil. Drizzle with ranch dressing; sprinkle with chives, if desired.
