Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss potato puffs with ranch dressing mix and 2 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce. Place on to prepared pan and bake 20 minutes turning occasionally. Remove from oven.
