1 (18.3 oz) box Hy-Vee family size fudge brownie mix
2 Hy-Vee large eggs
⅔ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
¼ c. cold water
3 c. softened It's Your Churn vanilla ice cream
3 c. softened It's Your Churn strawberries & cream ice cream
3 c. softened It's Your Churn chocolate ice cream or Hy-Vee brownie batter ice cream
2 (4 oz) pkg Hy-Vee sweet and salty nut ice cream topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan with foil, leaving about 1 inch of foil extending over the edges of the pan. Grease foil; set each aside.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions using eggs, oil and water and bake in prepared pan. Cool to room temperature. Spread vanilla ice cream over brownies. Freeze for 2 hours.
  3. Spread strawberries & cream ice cream on top of vanilla ice cream layer and freeze for 2 hours. Spread chocolate ice cream on top of strawberries & cream ice cream. Sprinkle with nut topping. Cover and freeze for several hours or overnight. Use foil to lift uncut treats out of pan. Place on cutting board; cut into squares.
