Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

|1 (18.3-oz.) box Hy-Vee deluxe brownie mix
|2 Hy-Vee large eggs
|⅔ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
|¼ c. cold water
|Hy-Vee We All Scream! ice cream, desired flavor, for serving

- 2 muffin tin pans

- Wire cooling rack
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions using ingredients needed. Divide batter among prepared muffin tins. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out almost clean.
Meanwhile, generously grease entire bottom side of a second muffin tin.
Remove brownie cups from oven and lightly press greased empty muffin tin on top of brownies, to form a cup. Allow to cool completely before removing top muffin tin. Fill with desired toppers, such as Hy-Vee We All Scream! ice cream
