    ¼ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ¼ c. water
    1 (16 oz) bag baby carrots

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    2. Stir in water and carrots.
    3. Simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has cooked off and the carrots are tender.
