    4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee sea salt
    ¼ tsp. freshly cracked Hy-Vee black pepper
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    1 (8 oz) can That's Smart pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
    3 tbsp. chopped green onion
    ¼ c. chopped red bell pepper
    1 tsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

    Directions

    1. Place salmon fillets skin-side-down on a greased broiler pan.
    2. In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper and chili powder. Sprinkle evenly over salmon fillets.
    3. Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
    4. Meanwhile, combine pineapple, jalapeno, onion, bell pepper, brown sugar and lemon juice.
    5. Serve salmon topped with pineapple mixture.
