    4 boneless pork loin chops
    Hy-Vee Select olive oil, to taste
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    4 nectarines, pitted, peeled and halved
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    ½ small red onion, coarsely chopped
    1 tbsp. shredded fresh basil

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler to HIGH.
    2. Brush pork chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    3. Place pork chops and nectarine halves on a broiling pan, cut side up.
    4. Place the pan about 6 inches below the heat source. Broil pork chops 4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Remove nectarines after tops have turned golden about 6 minutes.
    5. Dice nectarines, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey and toss with red onion and basil. Serve with pork chops.
