    3 large tomatoes, halved and seeded
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Italian seasoning
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Place tomato halves on a greased broiler pan, cut-side up.
    2. Combine olive oil and seasoning in a small bowl. Brush evenly over tomatoes
    3. Broil about 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
    4. Sprinkle each tomato half with about 1 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more until cheese is lightly browned.
    5. Serve immediately.
