    QuantityIngredientAdd
6 (4-oz. each) lobster tails, thawed if frozen
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp. Gustare Vita garlic-flavored olive oil
    ¼ tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    ⅛ tsp. smoked paprika

    Things To Grab

    • Rimmed baking sheet
    • Aluminum foil
    • Kitchen shears
    • Small bowl
    • Silicone pastry brush

    Directions

    1. Preheat broiler to HIGH. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; set aside. Butterfly lobster tails by cutting through the center of the shells with kitchen shears, stopping about 3/4-inch before the tail. Pull shell apart. Loosen lobster meat and lift from the shell, keeping the end near the tail attached. Rest meat on the shell; place tails on prepared pan.

    2. Combine melted butter, garlic-flavored olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, and paprika in a small bowl. Reserve half of sauce. Brush lobster tails with sauce.

    3. Broil 4 to 6 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and reaches 145 degrees. Brush with reserved sauce and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
