Broiled Fruit Kabobs

32 | red grapes | |
2 | fresh peaches, each cut into 8 slices | |
1 c. | Hy-Vee chunk pineapple, drained | |
¼ c. | Hy-Vee butter, melted | |
2 tsp. | Hy-Vee honey | |
1 tsp. | Hy-Vee lemon juice | |
1 tsp. | Hy-Vee ground cinnamon |
Directions
- On each skewer, thread 2 grapes, 1 peach slice and 2 pineapple chunks. Repeat once.
- Place kabobs on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey, lemon juice and ground cinnamon.
- Brush butter mixture over each kabob.
- Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve warm.
