Broiled Cheddar and Turkey Sandwiches

|¼ c.||reduced-calorie Thousand Island dressing|
|4||(1 oz each) sliced whole wheat bread, toasted|
|1 c.||alfalfa sprouts|
|2 c.||shredded cooked turkey|
|½ c.||(2 oz) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese|
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing over each toasted bread slice.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Top each with 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts, 1/2 cup turkey, 2 tomato slices and 2 tablespoons shredded cheese.
- Broil 5-1/2 inches from the heat source for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
