    ¼ c. reduced-calorie Thousand Island dressing
    4 (1 oz each) sliced whole wheat bread, toasted
    1 c. alfalfa sprouts
    2 c. shredded cooked turkey
    ½ c. (2 oz) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Spread 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing over each toasted bread slice.
    2. Place on a baking sheet.
    3. Top each with 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts, 1/2 cup turkey, 2 tomato slices and 2 tablespoons shredded cheese.
    4. Broil 5-1/2 inches from the heat source for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
    5. Serve immediately.
