    6 c.chopped broccoli
    ¼ c.finely chopped red onion
    ¾ c.raisins or sweetened dried cranberries
    ½ c.pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts or chopped nuts of your choice
    2 tbsp.flax seed
    ¾ c.light mayonnaise
    2 tbsp.raspberry vinegar
    2 tbsp.sugar

    Directions

    1. Place broccoli, onion, raisins, pumpkin seeds and flax seed in a large bowl.
    2. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, raspberry vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
    3. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
    4. Chill before serving. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
