1 ¼ c. cooked shell pasta | ||
½ c. Sun-Maid raisins | ||
⅓ c. chopped red onion | ||
¼ c. chopped red bell pepper | ||
⅓ c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise | ||
1 tbsp. cider vinegar | ||
½ tsp. granulated sugar | ||
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Combine broccoli, pasta, raisins, onion and bell pepper.
- Combine mayonnaise, cider vinegar and granulated sugar. Blend well.
- Pour dressing over broccoli mixture.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss and serve.
