    5 c. fresh broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
    ½ c. diced red onion
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
    ½ c. Hy-Vee bacon bits
    ½ c. Hy-Vee cashews
    1 c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries
    1 ½ c. light BLT ranch dressing

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, cheese, bacon bits, cashews and cranberries.
    2. Stir in dressing to coat.
    3. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to chill.
