    1 ½ c. broccoli florets , finely chopped
    1 c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    1 c. Soriée shredded three cheese blend, divided
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
    4 Hy-Vee True boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 2 lbs. each)
    2 tbsp. Tone's chicken seasoning blend

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Spray a rimmed baking pan with nonstick spray; set aside. 

    2. Stir together broccoli, sour cream, and 1/2 cup three cheese blend in a medium bowl; set aside. Combine remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bread crumbs in a small bowl; set aside.

    3. Lay chicken breasts flat on a cutting board; pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides of chicken breasts with chicken seasoning blend. Cut 3 or 4 crosswise slits on top of each chicken breast, about 3/4 of the way down. Place chicken breast in rimmed baking pan with slits side on top. 

    4. Stuff the sour cream mixture into each slit. Top chicken breast with bread crumb mixture.

    5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
