½ | medium red onion, sliced | |
½ c. | raisins | |
1 c. | Hellmann's mayonnaise | |
½ c. | sugar | |
2 tbsp. | vinegar | |
½ c. | sunflower seeds |
Directions
- Mix broccoli (or broccoli and cauliflower), bacon, onion and raisins together.
- In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together for dressing.
- Toss dressing with vegetable mixture to coat.
- Add sunflower seeds last and mix.
- Store salad in refrigerator.
