Description

If you have fresh broccoli, you can use that instead of frozen. Simply steam it until it's tender. Then drizzle the melted butter mixture over the top.

½ c.Hy-Vee sliced almonds
½ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
1 tbsp.fresh lemon zest

    Directions

    1. Prepare broccoli according to package directions; drain and set aside.
    2. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add almonds and salt and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Pour over prepared broccoli and top with lemon zest.
