1 ½ c. Hy-Vee toasted corn cereal | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee toasted rice cereal | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee honey nut tasteeos | ||
1 (2 oz) bag Hy-Vee natural almonds | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee dried blueberries | ||
¼ c. light corn syrup | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
¾ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a large bowl stir together toasted corn, toasted rice, tasteeos, almonds and blueberries.
- In small bowl combine corn syrup, oil, vanilla and cinnamon. Slowly pour over cereal mixture and stir gently to coat.
- Pour onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 25 to 30 minutes; stirring after 15 minutes.
- Pour onto waxed paper to cool and store in an air-tight container.
