    1 c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats
    1 (6 oz) container fat-free vanilla yogurt
    1 c. skim milk
    ½ c. Hy-Vee sliced almonds
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee honey
    ¼ c. whole ground flaxseed meal
    ½ c. Hy-Vee dried cherries
    1 c. fresh blueberries

    Directions

    1. Combine quick oats, yogurt, milk, almonds, honey, flaxseed meal and cherries in a bowl. Stir well.
    2. Refrigerate 2 hours.
    3. Serve topped with fresh blueberries.
    4. Store remaining cereal in the refrigerator.
