|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee vegetable oil|
|5||Hy-Vee precooked breakfast sausage links, chopped|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee frozen potatoes O'Brien|
|6||Hy-Vee large eggs, beaten|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese|
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chopped sausage links and frozen potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add eggs and continue to cook, lifting egg mixture so the uncooked portion flows underneath, until almost set, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and top with cheese. Cook 2 additional minutes or until cheese is melted.
