    1 (10.5 oz) pkg silken tofu
    3 tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla
    ⅛ tsp. cinnamon
    1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, very well drained
    ½ c. chopped pitted dates

    Directions

    1. Combine silken tofu, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender container. Whirl until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of container as necessary.
    2. Put tofu mixture in a small bowl and stir in pineapple and dates.
    3. Serve with bagels, muffins, pancakes or other breakfast breads. Can spread on apple slices. Also good on graham crackers for a snack or dessert.
