1 (10.5 oz) pkg silken tofu | ||
3 tbsp. honey | ||
1 tsp. vanilla | ||
⅛ tsp. cinnamon | ||
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, very well drained | ||
½ c. chopped pitted dates |
Directions
- Combine silken tofu, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender container. Whirl until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides of container as necessary.
- Put tofu mixture in a small bowl and stir in pineapple and dates.
- Serve with bagels, muffins, pancakes or other breakfast breads. Can spread on apple slices. Also good on graham crackers for a snack or dessert.
