    1 c. whole wheat flour
    ¾ c. white bread flour
    ¼ c. soy flour
    1 tsp. salt
    ¼ c. mashed potatoes
    1 tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. active dry yeast

    Directions

    1. Be sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
    2. Add ingredients, in order specified by bread machine manufacturer, to your bread machine.
    3. Choose the light-crust setting and start the machine.
