    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ¼ c. chopped onion
    2 Bratos pork and soy links, thawed and chopped
    4 Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee original soymilk
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste
    1 (9-inch) Hy-Vee unbaked pie crust
    ¼ c. Veggie Shreds mozzarella-flavor cheese alternative
    ¾ c. Veggie Shreds cheddar-flavor cheese alternative

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a medium skillet. Saute onion and Bratos until onions are tender.
    2. In a medium bowl, stir together eggs, soymilk, flour, thyme, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in Bratos mixture and cheese alternative. Pour mixture into pie crust.
    3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown on top and firm in the middle.
