    ¼ c. Bella Maria caramelized pecans, finely chopped
    1 tbsp. brandy
    1 ½ tsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon

    Directions

    1. Beat butter in a small bowl with electric mixer on medium 30 seconds, or use a fork. 

    2. Beat or stir in caramelized pecans, brandy, brown sugar, and cinnamon. If necessary, refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes or until firm enough to shape into a log. 

    3. Shape butter mixture into a 4-1/2-to-5-inch-long log using plastic wrap or parchment paper. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.
