Directions
Unwrap cheese rounds; roll each cheese round in grated Parmesan cheese to coat.
Place cheese rounds flat on a platter to form a snowman. For the scarf, use a vegetable peeler to cut 1 ribbon from a peeled purple carrot; reserve carrot tops for arms. Cut top from carrot and one carrot stick for hat; use a toothpick to secure pieces together. Peel tip of an orange carrot, then cut off tip for the nose. Use drained capers, for eyes, mouth, and buttons.
