    4 c. fresh cranberries
    1 c. Hy-Vee sugar
    1 tbsp. fresh ginger, finely grated
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee kosher sea salt
    ½ c. bourbon
    1 navel orange, zested and juiced
    2 fresh rosemary sprigs
    Fresh orange slices, for garnish

    Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan, bring cranberries, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, salt, bourbon, orange zest and juice to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes.
    2. Remove from heat, add rosemary sprigs and steep for 15 minutes.

    3. Before serving, remove rosemary sprigs, serve warm. Garnish with additional rosemary or orange slices.
