    1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp. desired mustard, remaining in its jar
    ⅓ c. Gustare extra-virgin olive oil
    ¼ tsp. kosher salt
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee coarse-ground black pepper

    1. Add red onion, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice to mustard remaining in its jar. 

    2. Pour in olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Cover and shake until well combined. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
