    4 large ripe bananas, peeled and cut in half
    8 wooden popsicle sticks
    ½ c. melted white chocolate
    ¼ c. unsweetened shredded coconut
    24 raisins

    Directions

    1. Insert popsicle sticks on the through the bottom (cut side) of each banana.
    2. Spread an even coat of white chocolate on banana. While chocolate is still warm, roll in shredded coconut and press on raisin eyes.
    3. Freeze for 4 hours, or until bananas have frozen and chocolate has set.
    4. Ghosts can be stored in an container with a tight fitted lid in the freezer for up to 30 days.
