    2 slice(s) Hy-Vee Bakery white sandwich bread
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    3 tsp. Gustare Vita pesto
    3 slice(s) thick cut applewood smoked bacon, crisp cooked
    ⅓ c. fresh arugula
    Large flaked sea salt

    Directions

    1. Place watermelon slices on a clean work surface. Using a 3-to-4-inch round cookie cutter, cut watermelon into circles; set aside.

    2. Place bread slices on clean work surface. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread and pesto on the other. Top one piece of bread with crisp cooked bacon, fresh arugula, and watermelon slices. If desired, sprinkle with sea salt. Top with remaining piece of bread.
