    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    ¼ tsp. salt
    1 ½ c. blueberries
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. grated orange peel

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    2. Fold in blueberries.
    3. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil and orange peel together. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
    4. Pour into greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
