    1 (15 oz) can lite sliced pears, undrained, chopped
    1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen blueberries, thawed, undrained
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 tbsp. Minute tapioca
    4 c. Hy-Vee lite vanilla ice cream
    1 c. Hy-Vee honey oats and flakes cereal

    Directions

    1. In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine pears, pear juice, pineapple, blueberries, cinnamon and almond extract. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for 2 minutes.
    2. Stir in tapioca. Microwave an additional 4 minutes, stirring once after 2 minutes.
    3. Remove blueberry mixture from microwave and allow to stand 5 minutes.
    4. In small serving bowls, place 1/2 cup ice cream. Top with 1/2 cup blueberry mixture and 2 tablespoons cereal.
