    1 (18.25 oz) box Hy-Vee blueberry muffin mix
    ¾ c. water
    ½ c. mashed banana
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine muffin mix, drained blueberries, water and mashed banana. Stir just until moistened.
    3. Spoon batter into a greased 11-by-7-inch baking dish.
    4. Bake 25 minutes. Cool.
    5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
