½ c. mashed banana | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee powdered sugar |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine muffin mix, drained blueberries, water and mashed banana. Stir just until moistened.
- Spoon batter into a greased 11-by-7-inch baking dish.
- Bake 25 minutes. Cool.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
