1 pear, cored and cut into slices or chunks
¼ c. blue cheese crumbles
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee walnut pieces, toasted

    1. To make dressing, in a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar and salt.
    2. In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with pear, blue cheese and dressing.
    3. Top with toasted walnuts before serving.
