2 tsp.Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
1 tsp.Hy-Vee sugar
½ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
1(10 oz) bag Hy-Vee hearts of romaine
1pear, cored and cut into slices or chunks
¼ c.blue cheese crumbles
3 tbsp.Hy-Vee walnut pieces, toasted

Directions

  1. To make dressing, in a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar and salt.
  2. In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with pear, blue cheese and dressing.
  3. Top with toasted walnuts before serving.
