|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select red wine vinegar|
|2 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee sugar|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|1 (10 oz) bag Hy-Vee hearts of romaine|
|1 pear, cored and cut into slices or chunks|
|¼ c. blue cheese crumbles|
|3 tbsp. Hy-Vee walnut pieces, toasted|
