1 | medium Braeburn apple, cored and chopped | |
¼ c. | sliced radishes | |
2 tbsp. | crumbled blue cheese | |
3 tbsp. | original flavor Almond Accents |
Directions
- Combine lemon juice, sugar, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir with a whisk.
- Add lettuce, apple and radishes, tossing to coat.
- Divide lettuce mixture among 6 plates.
- Top each with blue cheese and almonds.
- Serve immediately.
