1 (12 oz) pkg Dole Greener Selection lettuce | ||
1 medium Braeburn apple, cored and chopped | ||
¼ c. sliced radishes | ||
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese | ||
3 tbsp. original flavor Almond Accents |
Directions
- Combine lemon juice, sugar, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir with a whisk.
- Add lettuce, apple and radishes, tossing to coat.
- Divide lettuce mixture among 6 plates.
- Top each with blue cheese and almonds.
- Serve immediately.
