BLT Wrap with Avocado Spread

½ c. light mayonnaise | ||
1 tsp. lime juice | ||
4 (8-inch each) flour tortillas | ||
8 slice(s) Hy-Vee precooked bacon, divided | ||
2 c. Dole Romaine leaves, divided | ||
8 tomato slices, divided |
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine mashed avocado with mayonnaise and lime juice. Stir well.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of avocado mixture evenly over the top of each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with 2 slices bacon, 1/2 cup Romaine leaves and 2 slices of tomato.
- Roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve.
