    Once you try this tortilla folding hack, you'll wonder why you hadn't done it earlier! We layered this tortilla with all things BLT: bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Take it up a notch by spreading with Miracle Whip and a generous sprinkle of blue cheese crumbles.

    2 tomatoes on the vine, thinly sliced
    2 c. chopped hearts of romaine
    12 slice(s) center-cut bacon, cooked and drained
    4 tbsp. Kraft Miracle Whip
    ½ c. Soiree blue cheese crumbles

    Directions

    1. Make one cut in each tortilla, from its center to edge. Position the cut at the bottom and perpendicular to you. Place tomato slices on the lower left quarter of each tortilla; romaine on the upper left quarter; and bacon on the upper right quarter.

    2. Spread about 1 tablespoon Miracle Whip on the lower right quarter of each tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with blue cheese.

    3. Fold the tortilla clockwise; fold the bottom left quarter up and over the upper left quarter. Then, fold upper left over upper right, and finally upper right over bottom right quarter to form a triangle. If desired, secure with a sandwich pick.
