    2 tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper
    1 (5 oz) pkg Hy-Vee premium large ranch croutons
    1 (8 oz) pkg Dole field greens salad blend
    2 c. seeded chopped fresh tomato
    ¼ c. chopped Vidalia onion
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee precooked bacon, crumbled

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, oil, salt and black pepper.
    2. In a large bowl, toss together croutons, salad blend, tomato, onion and vinegar mixture. Top with bacon before serving.
