Add blackberries, sugar, and lime juice into a blender; blend until smooth. If desired, strain mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
Recipe
Description
A “smash” cocktail is defined as muddling or extracting all of the flavors and oils from a whole fruit (skins, cores, and all). Jeff’s version takes out sweetness of a traditional smash cocktail, and makes a sour and warming version of a classic smash.
