    1 c. fresh blackberries
    1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

    Directions

    1. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill, with greased racks, for direct cooking over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt and pepper. Grill 8 to 12 minutes or until pork is cooked through (145 degrees).

    2. Meanwhile, add blackberries, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Serve grilled pork chops topped with blackberry-mustard sauce.
