    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tsp. freshly brewed coffee
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
    2 c. fresh blackberries
    Fresh mint leaves, optional

    Directions

    1. Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and coffee with electric mixer until smooth.
    2. Fold in whipped topping.
    3. Divide blackberries among 4 dessert cups. Top each with cream cheese mixture.
    4. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
