1 (15 oz) can Eden organic black beans, rinsed and drained | ||
1 (24 oz) jar Hy-Vee Select medium black bean & corn salsa | ||
1 (14 oz) can Hy-Vee reduced-sodium chicken broth |
Directions
- Using a fork, smash black beans until almost smooth.
- Combine beans and salsa in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
