1 (16.5 oz) pkg Hy-Vee refrigerated sugar cookie dough | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee reduced-fat cream cheese, softened | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
Assorted fruits, such as grapes, cherries, blackberries, clementines and oranges |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll out cookie dough to fit a 12-inch baking stone or pizza pan. Bake 14 minutes or until light golden. Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until well-blended. Spread over cooled sugar cookie crust. Cut into small bites and top with fresh fruit.
