    3 c. coleslaw mix
    ½ c. coleslaw dressing
    4 Hy-Vee Bakery sesame seed buns
    Cheddar cheese slices, for topping
    Hy-Vee fried onions, for topping
    Hy-Vee barbecue sauce, for topping

    • Charcoal or gas grill
    • Meat thermometer
    • Medium bowl

    Directions

    1. Lightly grease grill rack. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
    2. Grill patties for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature of patties are 160 degrees, turning once halfway through.
    3. Combine coleslaw mix and dressing.
    4. To assemble burgers, top bottom bun with coleslaw mixture, grilled patty, cheese slice, fried onions, barbecue sauce and top bun.
