|4||(5-oz. each) 85%-lean ground chuck patties|
|3 c.||coleslaw mix|
|½ c.||coleslaw dressing|
|4||Hy-Vee Bakery sesame seed buns|
|Cheddar cheese slices, for topping|
|Hy-Vee fried onions, for topping|
|Hy-Vee barbecue sauce, for topping|
Things To Grab
- Charcoal or gas grill
- Meat thermometer
- Medium bowl
- Lightly grease grill rack. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
- Grill patties for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature of patties are 160 degrees, turning once halfway through.
- Combine coleslaw mix and dressing.
- To assemble burgers, top bottom bun with coleslaw mixture, grilled patty, cheese slice, fried onions, barbecue sauce and top bun.
